Brynmair Farming Partnership operates as an independent consultancy providing environmental, sustainability, and farm management support to clients across the UK.

Brynmair Farming Partnership relies on information provided by the client and/or third parties acting on the client’s behalf. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any information supplied is accurate and complete. While we make every reasonable effort to check and validate our work, we cannot be held liable for any errors, misinterpretations, or losses that arise directly or indirectly as a result of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client or their representatives. We also cannot accept responsibility for actions taken by third parties who are not part of this agreement, or for any associated consequences or losses.
Brynmair Farming Partnership respects the confidentiality of all client information. All data provided will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless; It is essential to carry out the work as instructed, or the client gives us express permission to do so. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all personal data is handled and stored securely. We reserve the right to correspond with third parties (e.g. laboratories, grant providers, project partners) on the client’s behalf when necessary to complete the agreed scope of work.
Estimates for services are based on the information available at the time and reflect our best judgement of the time and resources required. Brynmair Farming Partnership reserves the right to revise estimates should the scope of work change or new information emerge after the work has started. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients will typically be invoiced monthly in arrears, unless otherwise agreed in advance. For larger or ongoing projects, we may request staged payments or payments on account. Brynmair Farming reserves the right to withhold services where staged payments have not been made as agreed.
All invoices are due for payment within 30 days of the invoice date. Invoices not settled within this period may incur interest charges of 2% per month (or part thereof) until the balance is paid in full.
For ongoing services or retained contracts, fees will be reviewed annually, and any changes will be communicated to the client either verbally or in writing.
